Stress can get in the way of living a fulfilled and happy life. Relaxation through integrative modalities such as Reflexology and Polarity, can be a positive life changing experience for you. From own experience I understand how difficult sudden life changes can be and how fast you can get out of balance. I am born and raised in Germany, where I studied to become an x-ray technologist and worked for over 10 years in a trauma hospital before I came to the United States.  I gave up my career and dedicated my time to raising my three wonderful boys. In 2006, I started my studies in the art reflexology at Palmers Massage Institute in Salem, MA.

Helping people was always my mission and by studying those healing modalities I found my bliss.

Since knowledge and education is very important in the field of Energywork, I became a professional reflexologist with  300 hours of reflexology training.  I received my national certification for Reflexology by the ARCB, in 2008 and my Associate Polarity Practitioner Certification by the APTA, in 2009.

I  was able to build up on my health background and foundation, integrating my own life experiences and knowledge into my Energy work. The Art of Energy Balancing with Reflexology and Polarity Therapy are very powerful modalities, which help me to make a difference in peoples lifes.

Competence is very important to me. I regularly continue my education with weekend workshops, such as acupoint reflexology by Kristin Radden. Dr. Manzanares and I did independent studies by Hanne Marquardt. Learning something new every day, keeps me going. My goal is overall wellness, going with the flow, and to keep my health and balance.

In my free time I enjoy rowing on the Merrimack River with the masters of our rowing club, and volunteer on board of The Andovers Artists Guild. I am an acrylic painter, who enjoys the healing art in all aspects.
